Primary aldosteroneism is our most common cause of secondary hypertension. If renin is low and the patient is on an asinhibitor and a diuretic, why is it low? It's low because they most likely have primary ald testosteroneism. So when you see renin starting to rise, you're doing a good job. You're blocking the MR.
