Reinhold's Suspicion of Murder

Franki offered to kill the under cover commissioner in whatever way they'd like, fully conscious or drugged. At this point, there was nothing to prove that franki had killed or devoured anyone. With no evidence of a crime having taken place, the federal criminal bureau cast the case aside. Five months after his interactions with franki, and upon realizing authorities were no longer pursuing the matter, reinhold filed a crim complaint for the suspicion of murder. The court ruled that franke's on line confessions constituted suspicion of presentation of violen.
