There's something about the bible, because it's so large, it's a rarity to read through from beginning to end. So obviously pages one and two are really, really important. Jesus, yes, on a number of occasions, refers backpages one and two. We've probably spent more time in the bible than any other book - but there's a reason for that. The introduction of the plot conflict is that humans forfeit their opportunity to do the job in a way creates life, and instead, they rebel and fall prey to death and moral corruption.
