What Is It That Makes Leaders So Successful?
A lot of people that aren't a s successful, they cind of argue with reality. Or above all, they try to just be right. And i'll tell you, there's nothing that can put a screeching halt on learning more than a bunch of people who want to be right. In politics it's very easy to go to the heart of the matter, so people just sit there and make each other wrong back and forth. But nobody's really done the emotional work that's necessary to get underneath those opinions and find out how to really liberate themselves.
