I hate to call it AI because there's nothing intelligent about the current services. But what you're saying is this is what we're finding. The more information that goes into it, it's going to get better. These general language models are simple word prediction,. So they kind of make up an answer. It may not be accurate. In a business context, you need accurate information. There's something called prompt engineering and then you also link it to plugins which give you actual data.
