The Bumping Up of Two Characters

i think it might have simply been one of those meetings those bumping up of two characters that could have possibly sent them in a different direction but we don't necessarily have the full picture of what direction that would have been or i know. What if hoyd had something great to say to vin that like would have helped her against ruin you know like come on kelsey or maybe he would have been totally unhelpful  it's one of those questions that just niggles the back of my mind I think you also have to at least entertain the possibility of that hoyd they unknowingly could have been being manipulated by ruin or like forces on his power she says.
