The COVID
I was in this use a couple of times. First, like you and I said, it was during the COVID. Most of the people who are caught off, it's just happening because they're not reviewing every single person. Think about Google. They laid off in one day 12,000 people. And so it's happening really in automatic way in many, many cases. Unless your role is very critical to the business and without that role, the business can thrive. most of the times, they're just cutting specific roles, not people.
