"I've been curious about my own experience of feeling like a little bit of lowercase S-Shame around being busy in the summer," she says. "It kind of feels like I'm in my own internal summer of just like ripening fruit on the vine and it has been not slow living." She invites herself into a dance with the fullness of summer by knowing when too much was too much, knows when enough was enough.
