Is It Right to View Miss Begum as a Threat?
Judges say reasonable people with knowledge of all relevant evidence will differ in relation to the issue. It's a very, very narrow thing that we're looking at here, which is literally just that woman that emerged from the ashes of Isis Caliphate in 2019. At that point, was it right to view her as a threat? And it's such a narrow window. Other British citizens who are detained in Syria could also be affected by this ruling.
