Is Fauche's Division Owning the Monkeys?

In fiscal year 20, there was three thousand 521 monkeys on this island. Each year they take about five or 600 of them into fauche's labs. Fauche owns the monkeys. They expose them to infectious diseases that no one in the united states has ever gotten a and then it sounds really dangerous. It reminds me of, i don't want to equate humans and animals to a great degree. I certainly think primates, as, you know, higher intelligent species, there's degrees to which we're willing to tolerate torture of animals in experimentation.
