He was not charged. His home was just raided yet. But he has over the last decade undergone a transformation from being one of Qatar's biggest critics in the EU to now being its biggest promoters. He kept saying the time for criticism is passed. This is the time to look forward. It is such bad pure for the European Parliament now to be facing a corruption scandal of this magnitude within its ranks.
