Good Bubbles Are Better Than Bad Bubbles
Bubbles are powerful as co ordination mechanisms that tell a bunch of different people to each work on different parts of a problem. But if everyone's working on all different facts, fascets the problem and they finish their work at once. It's sort of like having an economic cluster in in time rather than in space. Good bubbles are about extrapolating to a different and better future. Bad bubbles are really just about being more more confident that the recent past is a good guide to the the future.
