"I saw a colleague of mine a psychiatrist I knew from from the past and I saw her in advance because I already sensed like you know if there's a life event upcoming or happening then I might be prone to to get depressed again" She asked me actually what do you think would help you now that's situation. "She was kind of annoyed because I I needed an emergency appointment to to come to see her," he said. 'This is mainly why I'm really interested in spreading the work' He says it should be possible for any psychologist or psychiatrist in the field to distinguish between OCD and depression.
