How to Design an Early Access Mod for a Community

Every wand in this game that you pick up could be weird and special and awesome. I think it would be very doable to collapse some of these spells into each other because right now there are a lot of spells or wands or combinations where it's only useful in a very isolated instance. i wonder if that's like a huge solution to the pressures of designing early access for a community. By the end of this game whether they'll be like yeah the designers have the official version of the game but there'll be some recommended mod that the community all really okay.
