The Supreme Court's Nod to a Devastating Hypothod
In oral argument this came up a lot right and Justice Barrett and I think Justice Kavanaugh seemed concerned about the idea that you were going to tell people they could write about any aspect of their identity except for race. So aspirationally in terms of continuing racial diversity what one hopes is the court is saying that schools can still consider how racism is a form of adversity that students face that applicants can talk about. But that's exactly what the court meant or not I mean I am not sure but that's my hope for what it meant.
