Building a Relationship With Students
To establish a relationship with students as definitely a next step that people can really implement, right? And so if we think about reward system and trying to coerce our students to do what they need do, i'm not a fan of those extrinsic rewards. So really establishing that relationship with students and getting to know them as human beings is key.
