Is There a Lifetime Value to Subscriptions?
A lot of people don't realize too is even when you you sort of pivot into like, oh my gosh, this is working territory, it's still challenging. A lot of times you have these existential problems of success, which is how do we fund it? So yes, once we had solved the no due dates, no late fees problem, we certainly had problems. And in fact, because we had done subscriptions, subscriptions are amazing business model for a whole bunch of reasons.
