Or is that not really, you don't really need to know the why. No, we each might identify our own way of how we fall into the trance of unworthiness. There's a real value to sensing how society is shaping our behaviours ar attitudes. And when we can see how past generations were tramatized, then we realize we're hating our bodies cause we are programmed to hate our bodies.
