What Is Cross Functional Growth?

In the growth world, I had to use this term growth team. So you'll have an engineer or sort of production kind of person. Say it's the production line person, if you're FMCG in the product area. You'll have a data person or analyst over there that has all sort of data. And you're empowered generally with authority from someone quite senior to execute and make changes needed for success. That process is so good at getting something done that actually moves the needle way more than these siloed departments.
