A persuasive person can usually get other people to do something that he wants them to do. He could be very persuasive when he wants to be a few good, well-chosen words from him and people usually do what he wants. This is number 19, tedious. Someone's work can be tedious, lots of small, boring little details to be completed. So, for example, doing a jigsaw puzzle with 500 or 600 little pieces to it, extremely tedious.
