How to Hold Uncomfortable Emotions
Getting comfortable in your own body and then being comfortable with being uncomfortable too is really important. It's like first bringing people that have been terribly dissociated through trauma into their body. They feel their body, but then allow them to have the capacity to hold uncomfortable emotions or energies within their body. That's what healing is. And I don't know if you need it. You don't even know why it happens to wake up from it. But unless you're inclined to wake up, that's the best thing you can do.
