Dr. Savonat: We need to keep a, no mind on an individual level about how we maybe make some of these food choices. When I was in the dietary guidelines, we did some analysis on plant protein versus animal protein and disease outcomes. And so plant protein may be protective for certain disease outcomes. So that is the issue, is that really plant protein or other phytochemicals?
