Russia's Move to Belarus Could Create a Red Line for Russia Not to Be Crossed
Mike Burrows from Western Australia emailed to ask, with Russia locating nuclear weapons within Belarus, should NATO or other nuclear powers position similar weapons within Ukraine. Mike says this would surely create a red line for Russia not to be crossed. Although I immediately think of President Obama saying if President Assad uses chemical weapons in Syria, that's a red line. And I think they would have best memoranda. Sure.
