The Effect of High Identification on Romantic Beliefs
The strongest effect was when people did have high identification with the avatar. And what about the parisocial relationship angle or did that come into play or did that shake out? Yes. So we saw that, you know, those, the identification does increase. Higher levels of identification are associated with higher levels of parisocial relationships.
