How to Manage Your Trades

I like to be very robotic either it hits my take profit um or hits my break even and what are what about your typical trading day how does that set up for you. I'm usually looking at lending session every day I briefly go over the markets for a week or excuse me an hour and kind of just see what am I looking at for the for the day.
