The Importance of Financial Freedom
In 2017, I decided a goal of mine would be to achieve financial freedom in 10 years or less. At the time, it was, if I could make $20,000 passively a month, I'll have achieved it. And then over time, that actually became $30,000 a month because as the dentist, you start wanting more things. The chances of me having millions of dollars was like slim to none. But real estate is a scalable way that you can go from a small amount of units to a huge amount of units and really increase your cash flow.
