What's the Connective Tissue?
The connective tissue suf you have, at two extremes, large bureaucracy. At the other extreme, you have a holding company. Between that, we see these cells, and then if in vision lines connecting each other. We call those capabilities. A capability is what we're good at and willing to share across the cells. The 50 most poignant cells of the largest or potential impact often have meetings once a month or once every six weeks with the ceo,. And those 50 cell leaders come together, and they share information about those four capabilities.
