The implementation affects all aspects of the organization. How do you simplify the number of skews? We actually took 30% of the skews off the floor. There's a whole bunch of pieces that they actually end kind of moving around. The easiest way to tell for most people is go sleep at hotel. Anyone that sleeps better at a hotel is going to go. And so part of this is building awareness just to the fact that it might be time for a mattress and then how do you afford a mattress.
