I hear a lot about meaning and I have conversations all the time with leaders at every level of organizations who are like, what would it mean to fall in love with my job? What would it means to enjoy work? And is that even possible? So I hear those versions. Plus one to those. There is an emerging set of desires and ambitions that I think originated in more of an HR people and culture context but ideas like empowerment. Ideas like inclusion and diversity and equity wanting to actually make that real inside the system and the way it works. It's a very, like you said, it's a very swarming response.
