The Best Way to Communicate the End of Year Insurance Message to Your Patients?
Every way is the best way. I would certainly send email correspondence to your patients by email. I would send snail mail letter to... I pull out some patients that we know don't pay attention to email and they'd rather receive more of an analog old school letter in the post, send them a physical letter. But really the best way of all is to talk to someone very specifically face to face. It isn't a random message just floating out there for the masses, but it's something specifically to them. That messaging can come from team members as well. Could be from a high-gen, could be from an assistant, could being from an admin team member.
