Is the Second Amendment a Right?
The second amendment is an auxiliary right. The real right is to self defence. If you are a five foot two woman with a clock, then you have a fighting chance against a big man. I think that is a noble principle, and i'm glad it's enshrined into american law. And i would much rather be sitting in north florida with my a r 15 than i would in kie a or i would in tiwa,. cause at least i'd have am a shot.
