Is There a Magic Bullet That Will Eliminate Gender Base Discrimination?

There are people who've come up with evidence that could account for maybe 20 % of the difference, but if someone has their point to make, they're going to emphasize that it accounts for more than perhaps someone else. Mite i don't think we have hard, hard evidence on that, but we have a very good sense that women move into parts of the occupation that give them the flexibility and they pay for it. I do not want to be in a work place where people feel cheated. That's not really at the heart of why women and men are earning differently? No, i think it matters in the sense that it would make people feel better.
