The Importance of Delivering a Good Product
You can't really release a product until the thing you've signed up for is being delivered well enough that people have a good experience. And I think that's an important feature in defining products is kind of sign up for what you can actually deliver. Many of our sophisticated server products come with a certain amount of services, because it's not going to be perfect. It took close to a decade to get to the point where that was respectable. We should have signed up for something much more modest, which we could have delivered very well.
