Is This Knee Brace a Long Term Solution?

There are passive strategies to help with pain. That could be your arthotic, that could be the a braces that we put around a knee. In this then there are active strategies. And it's those active strategies that i really try to promote with my runners. The passive stuff's going to make you feel good for five to ten minutes, but it's not going to actually last. So you want to be able to simulate the demands of what you need to do with your exercises. May be off as pain management, but then it quickly progresses into a strength based programme ad a lot of the exercises don't necessarily change. They just become a little bit harder, but you're doing
