But if there is an error of omission where this person is like, i'm telling you guys, we should ha done this, you know that regret will exist forever. We don't know that we have the perfect mechanisms, but we think thatthat helps to create long term comrodery in the team and it gives people the ability to do just one of those things where they dissent from the consensus.
