Do Some People Not Feel Worthy of the Thing We're Asking For?
Asking for what you need from another person is challenging. People with 80 h d, i think, in particular, may struggle more with the kind of difficult conversations where we are bringing attention to what w need in the workplace. If you have a trama or abuse history, especially if the abuser was an authority figure, like a parent, these people are automatically going to be cewed up to have more challenges asking for their wants or needs in the work place. And when you do, people are generally not happy about it. You will get disciplined, you will get chastised, and at the very least you will get verbal feedback about what you're doing wrong.
