In a mature organization, the work of Enjafsen is continuing to just drive and scale the existing programs as well as implement new ones. I think there's a very easy failure mode where unless you have an infusion of like, you know, dozens of engineers at once, you gradually scale and you totally have this sort of like boiling the frog type problem. And so as the org scales, someone who is responsible for pausing and saying "Let's go back to our first principles behind what we really want to try to achieve."
