The Importance of Persistence and Reliability in Agriculture
A common misperception of farmers is that they reject new technology or their late adopters, but he says that's far from true. He believes AI on the farm through the lens of data analytics has arrived at scale. Right now, the machine reactively makes decisions based on what it ingests and it optimizes itself based on what's inside of it. As we look toward the future with more machine vision capabilities, a plan is to be able to predict what's ahead of it.
