The Smell One Could Be a Social Construct
When people look hungover or tired they look worse and it's almost like potentially an evolutionary response to know who's unwell. But you're right it could be completely I feel like gorillas probably smell really bad - but lots of other monkeys and apes don't smell great. Yes that to me it feels very cultural.
