In the 80s, a few people got together and said we need to create a field that would fill this gap. Create a field that will specifically look just objectively at the role of race in US legal systems. And so from law CRT spread into fields like education and history and social work. The founder of CRT is Danny Solersono, Daniel Solersono at UCLA School of Education.
