The reality is, none of us put a deal under contract that we think is a piece of shit is bad. If you're running a business with any kind of volume, like three a month, it's absolutely impossible that everyone of those brands will be sold back-to-back. There's a buyer for every deal. It's not a good deal but yeah, but you got to find that buyer.
