How to Overcome the Doom Scrolling

The idea really here is that brain is predisposed to like to be comforted now. Delayed gratification is a real challenge. People start the doom scrolling, hours can pass before they actually know what's going on and it can wreck the day. To get up and go exercise is actually pretty effortful when you think about it. It doesn't require a lot of effort and at the end of the day it feels good.
