I Want My Students to Interrupt Me

I want my students to be talking about 80% of the time and I want to limit myself to talking around 20%. This is always something I'm aware of in my head during class. Yeah, definitely in the States, people are very wordy. They can talk a lot, especially during a meeting when there are lots of people. So you need to be quite forceful sometimes in that kind of situation.
