The 15 Qualifications of a Pastor Elder

Soberminded. Jesus does not call these pastor elders to teaching alone. He calls the pastor elders under the gathered assembly of the church, annually or quarterly. And this requires that the pastor elders be both individually and collectively sober minded. Not only are pastors those who preach and teach well but also as governors.
