Make sure that you're being really intentional about the actual collaboration that's happening if you have this cadence and meeting set up. Second thing is you might see that the success criteria is varying across teams. You may have your marketing team hyper focus on MQL's or your SDRs laser focused on booking meetings. Your AEs are focused on stage conversion and CSMs are maybe not totally thought about at all from the rest of the revenue organ. We want to make sure every single member of the team understands what they're focused on.
