A Small Balpin Hammer and a Big Sledge Hammer
Going from a small shop to this big organization kind of ruffled all my feathers the wrong way. Big companies, and you know, today's tech is even more so. They are behemots. They're hard to turn, they're not agile at all. But they have a huge impact on markets. The best metaphor i have for it's like a small balpin hammer and a big sledge hammer. Each time you swing your little balpen hammer a tiny, little dent.
