Introduction
Uganda has recently passed a highly controversial and draconian anti-LGBTQ law. The legislation includes the death penalty in some cases where people are found guilty of aggravated homosexuality. We spoke with Caleb Okureke, the founder and managing editor of Minority Africa. He decided to focus on Minority Rights in Africa because he was very frustrated by how he felt the media was covering minority groups.
