The Biggest Mistake I See With Measurements
The biggest mistake i see with some of these companies is they don't think halistically about why they're measuring. They just copy cats. And that's kind of the what i spend a lot of my day doing. Not so much the what's your retention rate or whatever. If your retention rate going up and down and you can't do anything about it, it's kind of useless metric dignes think. So i don't know, there's a lot involved with measurement, but hopefuly i've covered some of the interesting parts of it.
