With help from the centre, fiona found a therapist trained specifically to help people with prolonged grief. They met once week for 16 weeks. Fiona's therapist asked her to keep a diary of her daily mood. She would rank how she felt on a scale of one to ten,. One being good and happy, ten being terrible. At first, she raited her days a eight or a nine. But as they talked more, fiona started to notice that some moments were ok, that some days were not as bad as she thought they were.
