Is It a Subcontractor or a Contractor?
We're a contractor in the flooring space, and we really largely bridge the gap between residential home owners that have a project or a need related to floors. We do have direct employees as we grow the organization, but yet, our primary role is teaing up work in front of sub contractor crews. Our model is, you know, similar to what you said, but we go right after the highest paid individuals in our allegory, and we expect the highest deliverable out of them.
